인간 대상 연구
건강 자원자, 비만 환자, 섭식장애환자를 대상으로 전자약 (경두개 전기자극술 TES, tDCS), fMRI, digital phenotyping, 디지털치료제 (Digital therapeutics), 인지 과제, 설문지, 섭식행동평가 방법을 사용하여, 섭식행동, 섭식심리, 비만, 음식중독의 기전과 치료 방법을 연구합니다. 또한 노인 근감소성 비만 임상 연구와 통합 노쇠중재에 대한 기술력을 바탕으로 창업화를 개발 중에 있습니다.

- 신체 대사 조절에서 뇌중추의 역할 규명

- 비만/당뇨/섭식장애 등 대사성 질환 발병원인 규명 및 치료방법 개발
- 디지털 치료제, 전자약을 통한 효과적 치료 방법 개발
1) Neuroimaging: functional MRI (음식 사진 자극 뇌반응, resting state), 구조영상 MRI/CT/PET
2) 디지털 헬스케어: 비만/당뇨병/섭식장애 등 대사성 질환 관련 디지털 표현형 평가 및 디지털 치료제
3) 인지과제 (computerized task): 음식 사진/언어 반응 등 다양한 인지심리과제를 통한 대사성 질환 관련 심리/인지 평가 및 치료
4) 생활습관치료 중재 연구: 식습관, 운동습관, 일상/감정/동기 개선을 위한 코칭/디지털 치료제
